
Renter’s Protection
At Robes, we want to make fashion rental a worry-free experience. That’s why we automatically include Renter’s Protection with every rental, offering coverage in case of unexpected situations during your rental period.
What does Renter’s Protection include?
If the item gets a minor, repairable damage during the rental, we cover the repair costs. These may include, for example, a stain that requires dry cleaning or a small tear that needs sewing. If repairs are needed, we use our trusted repair partners.
If the item is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, the renter is responsible for covering the item’s original purchase price to the owner.
If the item is not returned at all, the renter is responsible for compensating it. These situations are always handled on a case-by-case basis.
